In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Taiwan, customers who purchase products on our official website are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period, starting from the day the product is delivered. However, please note that this policy does not apply to overseas customers.

During this period, customers have the right to inspect and evaluate the product, but please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period. If you decide to return the product, it must be in brand new condition with complete packaging, including all accessories, gifts, original packaging, and any other attached documents or information. You must not misplace any accessories or damage the outer box. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the product.

Due to consumer hygiene protection, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Process

Please apply for a return within the hesitation period by entering your order status on our official website, and package your product while waiting for our call. We will arrange a pickup service and our courier will contact you. Please be sure to keep your phone with you during this process. No fees will be charged. Once we have received and verified the product, we will proceed with the refund.

 

Please note:

  1. Please do not send the product back by yourself to avoid any errors that may delay the processing procedure.
  2. If a customer returns products excessively due to personal reasons, our company reserves the right to decide whether to suspend the shipment according to the situation.
  3. For products returned beyond the hesitation period, only repair services will be provided.
